V-10 - Cutting polisher for Asian varnish - Vonixx

The V10 Polisher – Asian line has an exclusive formula for soft varnish paints. Polishes to completely remove scratches from P1,200 to P1,500 grit sandpaper, eliminates deep scratches and oxidation in neglected paintings.

V10 maintains a controlled cutting pattern with an excellent level of finish and shine, and can be worked for long periods of time without caking into the polished piece, with low residual dust formation during the polishing process.

Painting, chrome surface, black piano and wheels

IDEAL BERET FOR CUTTING STAGE

• Use the Voxer Refining Cap which has an intermediate foam designed to remove aggressive/medium defects, leaving an almost perfect finish.
• Work in areas measuring 60X60cm.
• Perform crossed and overlapping passes until the product forms a thin, transparent layer on the piece.

WORK ROTATION (ROTARY POLISHER/ ROTO ORBITAL)

• Rotary polisher: working speed 1,200 to 1,400 rpm, light/moderate pressure.
• Roto orbital polisher: working speed 2,800 to 3,520 rpm.

This product should not be used on plastic, leather and glass.
